This course is your deep dive into the art of the straight line handstand. Whether you’re just starting to find balance or looking to refine your shape, this program offers a full-spectrum approach to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more connected upside down.
Through a series of guided videos, you’ll explore essential elements like mindset, body organization, strength, mobility, alignment, and playful handstand entries. We’ll build your practice from the ground up—starting with wrist prep and core strength, through drills at the wall and in open space, and finishing with tips to refine your line and land with ease.
You’ll get 20+ bite-sized sessions (5-15 minutes each), combining technique, movement, and coaching—plus the freedom to practice at your own pace. This is more than a training program; it’s a mindset shift. You’ll learn not just how to do a handstand, but how to enjoy the process of becoming someone who practices them with presence, power, and play.

Through traveling around the world I eventually found my way to Yoga. First a weird concept to me and not my vibe, then a deeper connection to myself and a better feeling for my own body.
My love for movement was always there, with yoga it felt like I was able to connect the breath, awareness and mindfulness with it and I was eager to share this from my own personal perspective.
I received trainings from various teachers and learned more about the body, alignments, the mind and breath. Now I'm specialized in a modern approach to yoga, that invites everyone to move and breath together. I combine functional movements with traditional Yoga asanas to create fun and engaging sequences that will improve you strength, flexibility and mobility. Armbalances and handstands are a big part of my own personal journey and I always try to give options for it in my teachings.
